Monthly Tuition: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month (full-time & part-time schedules) unless otherwise authorized. On the 1st of each month, if you have not communicated with the main office, we will assume your child is continuing with the program on their regular schedule. You will be charged for care until you request to unenroll your child from the program in the parent portal (with a two-week notice). If your monthly installments are not drafted for any reason, you are still liable for all payments for services once our audits are complete. Please contact the main office if you do not see a monthly charge on your account, so we can make sure you are secured for further payments.

 

If there is an error on your account, we need to know immediately so we can work together with our families to make sure they are all secure and taken care of. After (3) months of incorrect attendance, you will need to file a form stating you're in agreement with our billing policies and procedures. **Credit and debit card payments are subject to a processing fee equal to three percent (3%) of the total transaction amount. This fee is charged by the payment processor and will be added to each applicable transaction. For your convenience, ACH payments are recommended as the preferred payment method.
