At After School Kindness, Inc., our team is made up of highly qualified Directors and Aides who are passionate about child development and safety. Each staff member undergoes extensive screening and training, including passing CBI, FBI, and TRAILS background checks, as well as maintaining 15 hours of monthly professional development to stay compliant with our high standards. We are proud to hire the best of the best, individuals who are not only skilled but deeply committed to supporting children, families, and schools.

While every site maintains consistency in quality and care, we also thoughtfully adapt to each school's culture and needs to ensure we are true partners in your child’s educational journey.

We also offer unique experiences like kindness-based karate lessons through Ripple Effect, sewing workshops with Ms. Suzanne, visits from local firefighters, and service projects that benefit area shelters and children’s hospitals, all designed to instill values and inspire joy.
